Refunds and cancellation

14-day refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual membership purchase or any annual renewal charge. Each renewal starts a new 14-day refund window for that charge. Email info@our2souls.com or use our support form, giving the account email, purchase date and transaction reference if available. Do not send card details or passwords.

We review requests through support and arrange eligible refunds through the payment provider. Refund requests are not processed automatically by this website. Provider processing times may vary. Any additional cancellation or refund rights required by law continue to apply.

Stopping renewal

Cancel automatic renewal through your member account, or contact support for help. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. Unless refunded or otherwise ended, access continues for the paid period. A refund ends access associated with the refunded membership.

Your founding rate

The US$4.99 annual founding rate is retained only while continuously renewed. Cancellation or lapse for any reason ends that rate; rejoining is subject to the current fees.

UAT and other purchases

No payment is collected for UAT coupon access, so there is no payment to refund. Purchases from external providers, including physical books, follow the relevant seller’s policy.
