Who we are

Our2Souls Relationship Solutions Ltd. operates this Our2Souls website and its HeartWise learning experience. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or an account-deletion request, contact info@our2souls.com. This policy describes this website; external apps and platforms may have separate notices.

Information we use

We use account details such as your name, email, password hash and verification status to provide access and secure your account. Membership and payment-status records support access, renewals and support. Payment details are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into this website.

When you use the learning tools, we may store quiz answers and results, workbook entries, saved resources, goals and completion progress to provide your results and Connection Journey. Support forms store your name, email and message and forward the request to our support inbox. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Invitations and sharing

Only invite someone who has agreed to receive an invitation. We use their email to deliver and manage the invitation. Completing a quiz does not automatically share results with the inviter: the guest chooses whether to share. Revoking access cannot erase copies someone has already saved.

Waitlist and optional newsletters

We collect your name, email, city and email preferences for the app waitlist and ask you to confirm your email. Company updates and brief progress newsletters require a separate optional selection. You can unsubscribe using the link in the email. Unsubscribing does not cancel a paid membership or stop essential account messages.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage also remembers choices such as analytics consent. Google Analytics is optional and is loaded after you allow it. Use Analytics preferences in the website footer to change your choice. Analytics measures page visits and actions such as quiz completion and learning activity; our event setup does not send quiz answers, results, workbook text, names or email addresses to Google Analytics.

Service providers and external resources

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage, Resend delivers emails, PayPal processes membership payments, and Google Analytics provides optional usage measurement. These providers may process information outside your country. Links to external video, podcast, app-store or bookseller sites are subject to those services’ own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Data remains in the service until removed through our support process or other maintenance; there is currently no automatic account-deletion schedule. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for accounting, security, consent records or legal obligations. Deleting an account and stopping a paid subscription are separate requests; please tell us if you want both.

Adults only and updates

Membership is for adults aged 18 or over. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. We will update this notice as the service changes and seek any additional consent required for new uses.
